Life is too short to read all the books I on my "To Read" list.
I know that. There are so many unread Trek books on my pile. In English I'm a slow reader. So I take month for just one book, more or less. It helps when the story is gripping, though.

Life is too short to read all the books that aren’t that gripping.
Noticing the anachronisms in a Miss Marple drama. How can I enjoy period tv drama when it’s full of anachronisms.
Veneer doors and Lino floors in an old fifties public building stood out. Thirties fashion on the characters made us check the setting, I would add box files, but google proved me wrong, they’re older than I thought. GWR stock and signage on the railway scenes, you could argue would still be extant, but not dominant.
Well I can’t deny that.Maybe you're a little too exigent?
I know -- these days it's pretty much included with most USPS package services. Some people mail a package and just don't bother to pay attention, throw out the receipt and then be clueless as to what the number was.USPS tracking... or rather, the complete lack of same.
I hate being sick.
I threw up mucus and bile this morning. It was bad, guys. Real bad.
I’m so sorry you didn’t have a great birthdayI'm sorry.
I spent most of my birthday on the toilet, draining myself of just about every bodily fluid I had and now I feel dehydrated.
I'm trying to drink as much water as I can, but I just can't seem to stomach it right now.
I’m so sorry you didn’t have a great birthday
I hope you feel better soon!
More I mean that I have the tracking number, go to their website several times over several days and the thing never updates... until AFTER my package arrives. That's not the norm. I ship at least a few packages a month, as well as receive, and usually packages are on tracked on target. On some occasions, a package can end up handled by a 3rd party, and at times I've found that to be problematic where tracking is concerned.More I mean that I have the tracking number, go to their website several times over several days and the thing never updates... until AFTER my package arrives. It's easy to see life as meaningless when we're down and out, don't have anybody close by to be a comfort. At times I've felt the same way. But you can make life meaningful for yourself in different ways. Going out of your way to be good to others. Volunteer with a charitable organization, even a soup kitchen. When you help others, the value of a meaningful life goes way up.Knowing your life is meaningless and no one gives a fuck about you.
It's mainly a third party prob. They hire subcontractors as they are cheaper than their own staff. As a general rule they end up not finding my house and I have to collect the parcel the next day at the other end of town (1 hour by bus, 45 mins on foot).USPS tracking... or rather, the complete lack of same.
I don't know about your country but over here we have a very nasty stomach flu virus spreading rapidly. If the problem persists, you might ask your GP for medication that kills these since antibiotics only work against bacteria.I hate being sick.
True, but in your case it doesn't apply. To us it matters a lot that you are here and we worry when you aren't.Knowing your life is meaningless and no one gives a fuck about you.
