I always find myself screaming at those damn automated systems after about 10 seconds.
I almost lost my voice today.
I don’t need my pharmacy voice system wasting time telling me what to do if I have a medical emergency. I know it’s not “call the pharmacy,” and anybody who doesn’t is beyond helping anyway.

Oh well are you angrier when it's your bank because you are so very happy to talk to them but the computer is just getting in your way, or are you mad at your bank before you call? Because if it's the latter there's a chance it's me you're mad at lol.
Ohhhh nooo, well I certainly hope they are taking good care of you. Years and years ago I was one of those people you'd finally get to talk to when you called my bank, after you passed the ordeals of the infernal machine. One of my favorite parts of that job was when I got someone really upset but by the end of our call he or she was all smiles and happy.

I haven't used SAS in years. Maybe it's not the same SAS, but since you mentioned you use it for analytics, I'm guessing it's still the same general thing... although probably a much newer version!Glad the issues got resolved, though!

I lived at a place that often got people trying to sell something. It was so bad I finally put up 'no soliciting' but I was young and my fresh from HS book smarts were still in tact so I wasn't prepared for the swell of morons who didn't know what that meant. "Oh, I don't smoke." *face palm* So I scratched it out and wrote "Knock on my door selling something and I'll call the POPO. is that clear enough?" (not that I would but it stopped the knocking)
Oh yes! I use SAS Enterprise Guide with our SAE server. Usually it behaves itself and works wonderfully, but yesterday he was just being a bad boy.Oh my, is that still around?

Someone trying to force me to be their friend to the point of harassment, which has happened to me a few times in Real Life including within the last two weeks. They can't quite grasp you either hit it off or you don't. The more they try to force it, the more it's going to push me in the other direction.
And then trying to probe me with stuff that's none of their business. Even worse when they think they know me but don't know me at all.

The answering system for every hospital, clinic, doctor's office, or anything remotely to do with medicine tells me "If this is a medical emergency, hang up and dial 911." Well, duh. I believe it's called "covering your ass."
