The article about the Q&A was just posted yesterday. The Graham Norton show is more recent than that, so I guess that probably counters it anyways.@JD: All of the articles you linked to are "postmarked" BEFORE the article Turtletrekker linked to, and Stewart, in his comments about retiring, states point-blank that he came to the conclusion/realization that his tenure as Xavier has come to an end only after having for LOGAN for a third time, so unless he comes out and says he's changed his mind, there's no reason not to take him at his word that he's done playing Xavier.
True Blood star and Rogue actress Anna Paquin's husband, Stephen Moyer, has been cast as Reed, the main character of the upcoming untitled X-Men TV series. I liked him a lot on True Blood, so I look forward to seeing him here.
Doctor Who fans will find the character's name amusing."Acker will star as Kate Stewart..."
Xavier's son in one series, Magneto's daughter in the other. I'm sensing a pattern.
Great news, I'm a big fan of Acker.Amy Acker has been cast as his wife on the untitled X-Men series
Great news, I'm a big fan of Acker.
I was surprised to hear about Polaris being on the show, it will be interesting to see if she's Magneto's daughter here.
She is still Magneto's daughter in the comics, right? I know that they retconed away him being Quicksilver and Scarlet Witch's father, but I wasn't sure about Polaris.
At this point, with how many apparent movies they have in development right now at the Marvel wing of Fox, I'd like to think that if they ever do bother with the Gambit movie, it'll be because they know the movie will be good enough to stand alongside the likes of Deadpool and Logan (and all the rest coming up.)
... and having no idea when Cameron is actually going to start making his half-dozen or whatever sequels to Avatar
August. Fox has a good idea since it's been announced to start filming in August.
