The Walking Dead Season 4

Just found This, be warned it has Episode synopsis up to episode 9 it also talks a little about time passage, it's been 6-7 months since season 3's end.

After reading that link, this is my guess about episode 9.

Not saying that story won't happen but I'm kinda thinking episode 8 will be the return of the Governor and at the end with the tank driving up to the prison for the mid season finale and Episode 9 will be the conclusion and sadly they way it plays out in the comic.

Given how that site describes it being a big episode for Carl, I think Episode 8 will be the destruction of the prison, and the cliff hanger will be Rick and Carl escaping alone. Leaving the viewer to wonder about the fate of other characters.

The second half of the season will begin the journey to Alexandria storyline.

Could be, TBH I'd much rather that than leaving the Prison conclusion for 2-3 months after the mid season.

It strains credulity to have Tyrese survive the situation he was in.

Of course, the 'sea of walkers' is something I've wanted to see for a while so that's nice.

"Strains credulity"? Every survivors' existence strains credulity. Sometimes people are just plain lucky.

Every survivor wasn't surrounded by a couple dozen walkers within easy reach. Of course, this isn't a show for realism...

Speaking of realism several posters have pointed out that after 1 year + gasoline would have gone bad.

Was wondering if octane boosters would solve that problem?

Whatever it is that caused the apocalypse, has also slowed down everything from decaying. Walkers, gasoline, batteries... And the audience's interest. ;)

As others have pointed out, it's echoes a very similar event with him in the comic. As such, it doesn't really jump the shark so to speak. He's just a fictional badass. Frankly, I find it less believable, after what we've seen, that Michone can't get off her horse & katana swipe some zombie heads while doing so, or even have at them while mounted. She's easily better than that scene represents, which bugs me more, personally

And honestly, we don't know at this point if he got bit or not, I doubt he did but with a show like this you never know, which reminds me, Contract negotiations with the actors must be a piece of cake.

"Oh, you don't feel like you're being paid enough? Well how do you feel about getting your face eaten off by zombies next week? Yeah, that's what I thought."

Her sword bugs me all the time. It just seems to super hero-ey for the show. But if it's there, why couldn't she get out of that situation with a only a couple walkers? and what happened to her sprained ankle?

Yes, her use of the sword is unrealistic--even for this kind of show, as she slices through skulls with the ease of cutting a pineapple.

Two episodes ago Glenn(?) casually stomped a brand new zombie's skull with about as much effort as crushing a soda can. Her insanely sharp and durable sword is perfectly fine in comparison.

Yep....and what is the power source for Rick's media player? After nearly two years, batteries, chargers, etc., are long gone. By the way, why did the Rick gang leave the solar panels behind at Woodbury? That's a resource they would find most valuable.

I have rechargeable batteries that have been in use for 2 years and still hold a very good charge. Unused batteries can easily last for that long. Why would chargers, etc be "long gone"? And how do you know that they didn't get the solar panels sometime during the 6 month time gap? We've seen them using electricity around the prison.

If you're going to nitpick at least nitpick things that can be verified.

I want to see the computer rick is using to put music on that media player, unless he just found that one already loaded with music.

For any blade other than a katana, I'd agree.

For a katana, absolutely doable. In the right hands.
