The Vorta were conquered by the Jem'hadar on behalf of the Dominion, as time went by the Founders apointed the Vorta as the administrators of the Dominion and the 'cammanders' of the Jem'hadar, unfortunately the Jem'Hadar despise this as they veiw the Vorta as a weak race that they subjugated and shouldnt have the power to tell them what to do. Although they dont like this fact they view the Founders as Gods and therefore take orders from the Vorta as this is the will of the Founders.
Although they take orders from the Vorta they still resent the fact and often have confrontations with them and have sometimes killed them but all in all its a tense relationship made even more tense probably since the Vorta control the distribution of Ketracel White.

Most likely the Vorta and Jem'hadar had their genes hardwired to distrust one another. Because of early persecutions the Founders became paranoid and xenophobic and were probably worried even their servants might conspire against them.

Yes, paranoia was their way.

I think it's only the simple matter of Jem Hadar pride in their loyalty and unswerving devotion to their Gods, being constantly questioned by the Vorta overseerer. The Vorta chafe.

Never posted in DS9 forum but luv the show. Please correct me if I'm wrong but didn't Weyon tell Odo that the founders "evolved" them b/c according to Vorta myth a simple vorta who I think lived in trees saved a changling once? And don't the Jem'Hadar sort of nuetrel in their feelings about the vorta? On a sidebar the Jem'Hadar name always struck me as a fusion of somekind was it's orgins ever explained.

That is the legend about the origins of the Vorta, yes. But it was presented as legend, not as absolute incontrovertible fact. Clearly Weyoun believes it, but I imagine it's been Chinese-whispered substantially from the historical facts.
Jem'Hadar are definitely not neutral in their feelings about the Vorta. It's been shown numerous times, in attitude if not in dialogue, that they chafe under their yoke. They obey them because it is the will of the Founders, but they know that Vorta can be duplicitous and twisted. They simply, as a rule, don't have the luxury to do anything about it.
An in-universe explanation for the name Jem'Hadar has never been given, although it is notable that it has the same construction as all the names given to individual Jem'Hadar characters. For an out-universe explanation, the word "Jem'Hadar" is (I think) taken from an Indian word for "soldier" - the same word that served as the inspiration for the titles "ahdar" and "subahdar" from Insurrection. Similarly, I think "Ferengi" is taken from the Indian word for "foreigner."

The Jem'Hadar, provided they have enough tetracell white, are supremely loyal to the founders. If the founders told them to take orders from a magic 8-ball I bet they would.

Possibly... it means that a story moves further and further away from its original version the more times it is repeated along a chain of communication. There was a commercial for some kind of creamy confection recently that exemplified it perfectly.
