The Franz Joseph technical manual is pretty cool. 1780 is also the USS Kaga. I also have the starfleet medical manual that includes the ornithord aliens from cats paw as well as the Franz Joseph blueprints. A while back I also bought the Mr. Scott's guide to the enterprise manual as well.

The Franz Joseph TOS Tech Manual lists that one as the U.S.S Zaahm NCC-1780.

Of course, who knows what it'll be called now.

I guess they decided to jump a few hundred years into the future in the show to avoid getting roasted even more than they already were.
