The version of the USS Defiant your reference was after that particular ship had been modified by the denizens of the Mirror Universe 100 or so years after it had first appeared there. (see ENT S4 - ' In A Mirror Darkly' where it looks exactly like it had in the TOS S3 episode "The Tholian Web"). And while a textured CG version of the ship exists in the Star Trek Online MMO, in the actual Star Trek Discovery episode that referenced it, all they ever showed on screen was a wireframe image of the ship on a display screen of the Discovery Bridge.

The crashed Connie class looks to have a bent pylon.
That will buff right out.
It's also got broken nacelle caps and the main sensor dish is bent at a downward angle.
If you crash a starship more than a pylon is going to be bent. Should immediately call AAA.

Has anyone tried to "light up" that ship to get the registry number?
I've been freezing the frames from the Hemmer and M'Benga trailers, and can't quite make it out!
