Well come on, this ship has had to go in for repairs multiple times these past three seasons, so I guess it depends which repair crew works on the ship repair with respect to what kind of neck it's fitted with.

I think it was only moved in that one shot of the opening credits.

That was only broken in the opening credits, which as mentioned before was handled by a different vendor than the VFX in the actual episodes. It wasn't broken in any actual scenes this season.

The Enterprise here is the Season 1 CG model either way, as it's missing the curved neck and extra lights they added behind the deflector.

The Archer’s class is apparently called ‘Gral’, presumedly named after the Tellarite ambassador from Enterprise season 4
