I attempted to make Pumpkin Pie shots and Candy Corn shots tonight to prepare for our upcoming Halloween party. I used recipes I found online. The Pumpkin Pie was okay, but the Candy Corn tasted awful.

Sorry, tease, I lost interest.

I'm recovering from a really hard workout, which wouldn't be so bad except that
I have a pretty decent cold right now, and my whole body feels blah.

I have my first day of bartending at a new bar tomorrow night, and they wanted me to go in tonight to "watch them close the bar." I may or may not do this. I've been bartending elsewhere for the last 2 years. I don't think it's terribly necessary, unless I convince some friends to go with me and get drunk.

It's a brand new bar, just opened yesterday, so I guarantee if I miss out tonight I'm not going to be too far behind the rest of the brand new bartenders there.
