The Night Crew

My friend shows up last night with Buffy and Angel DVDs, a bottle of Captain Morgan, a bottle of Jager, and 2 packs of Red Bull.

The marathon did not end until 5:30am. 'Twas good times.

If it makes you feel better, it's 2:30 in the afternoon, and I just woke up about 20 minutes ago. And the only reason I woke up at all was because my phone rang.

But it's brand new! And it was my dad!

He always calls around 2 o'clock on Wednesdays because he's on his lunch break, and he knows I have the day off, so I fully expected it to happen.

I used to buy $5 alarm clocks in groups of 10. When I would wake up in the morning I'd be too stupid to figure out how to turn it off and I'd just smash it or throw it.

Also, my ex girlfriend used to love to laugh at me when I would wake up to the phone ringing and answer my hand.

Ya, as you can see, I'm not so much of a morning person.

One morning in the dorms the fire alarm went off. I spent a solid 5 minutes trying to turn off my alarm clock, the TV, the stereo, mine and my roommate's computers...before I finally realized what was going on.

I was sleepy that morning.

Been there man, first semester freshmen year. Almost same exact thing only with my roomate screaming out the window for people to "turn that shit off" He thought it was a car alarm and he was from the Bronx.

Hi all. Boy what a bummer of a day. I think I mentioned in here the depressing turn my insurance took last weekend? Well, turns out I went over my limit for prescription meds. Basically, it's fine if you need insulin and the like to stay alive, just make sure it doesn't cost more than $3000/year or you're shit out of luck! So, I'm shit out of luck. I'm switching policies, but the new one won't take effect till November 1st. That means I am going to be without my psych meds for a month unless I can figure something out. Today I am going through withdrawal and I feel like shit.

Also, I am a tad sore from the run yesterday, but the only place it really got me was in the groin muscles!

Everything about this post sucks. I don't even know what to say.

On my end, I had a rather boring and lazy day. After drinking until 5:30am, I woke up today at 2 in the afternoon. I ran a couple errands, took a nap, went to the gym, and then sat around watching TV.

^Yuck. I spent much of the day in a haze. It took me awhile to realize why I felt so awful, and then I remembered that I halved my pill last night to make it last longer.

^A much better way to be dazed! ;)

Actually, Rojo, the groin soreness is a good thing! I know, it sounds weird, because it's in an odd spot, but I like the feeling of mild exercise-induced muscle soreness.

Thanks, Hermy.
