The Night Crew

For the most part. One of the girls had brown hair.

That reminds me of another movie quote:

"Axel, this ain't Detroit, six foot blonds grow on trees around here."

Which movie is that from?

My mom's half Norwegian and she's 4'11". I'm Norwegian and Native American mostly -- pacific northwest NA -- small people. I'm only 5'2".
Wow. I guess the difference is I'm about 3/4 Norwegian and 1/4 German. I kinda wish I had darker hair sometimes. I used to wish I was short, about the time my first day of high school rolled around and I was taller than most of the seniors. Now I like being tall.

Well that would explain why I've never heard it...I've never seen any of the Beverly Hills Cop movies.

I'm half Native American, but to most people I just look white; people from the pacific northwest can usually tell, because my features are very Indian, it's just my color that's not.
As I said, my mom's half Native American and half Norwegian, and short. My dad's half NA and the other half is a French, German, African American, Irish, English Heinz 57; he's average height, about 5'11. He's shorter than you are.

But it's that whole thing about the grass being greener. I always wanted to be taller when I was a child. Now I'm happy with my height -- even if it means having to get creative about getting the cereal and toilet paper off the top shelf (either a jump and grab or a knock and catch).

Beverly Hills Cop II.:techman:

bzzzzzt you fail, out of the nerd pool, it was BHC 3

You want to try again. That line was spoken in BHC2 by taggart right after Axel came out of the gun club owned by dent. The actual exchange went something like this, not that this isn't exact as I'm going from memory.

Axel: Guys, what would say if I told you there was a six foot blond working here.

Rosewood: Witnesses reported a tall blond at the adrious robbery.

Taggart: Axel, this ain't Detroit, six foot blonds grow on trees around here.

Rosewood: Turns toward Axel with a smile and says, "It's true." and shrugs.

sounds like you need a big, tall Sephy at your side

Well I don't really have any desire to watch any of them, so I probably won't, with the long list of movies I actually want to see.

I've never had the dubious pleasure of visiting Alabama.

Also, the dog thing in the Fly 2 is horrifying.
