I don't know, but since he's the sole owner of Lucasfilm and it's subsidiaries, anytime one of them sues somebody, it means he is.

Didn't Lucasfilm sue ABC/Larson over BSG(TOS) in the seventies?

I can't think of any other occasions.

^Even so, Lucasfilm and its subsidiaries are a multi-billion dollar corporation. I wouldn't say they are any more litigious than any other company of a similar size.
