Sure! So much of "In The Cards" is this -- the war stakes are real, but it's also hilarious. I just think in this instance, it isn't -- they don't execute the tone quite right, so it feels off instead of fun.

Not to pick on "The Magnificent Ferengi" too much -- despite some flaws, I think it's a really good episode.

Magificent Ferengi, In The Cards, these are very good episodes.

The Ferengi episodes I consider terrible are mostly the ones that revolve around Zek and/or Ishka.

Quark is one of the best characters in the Trek universe (with a great actor) so, yeah, I love Ferengi episodes

I love Quark, Rom can be ok unless he’s shouting MOOGIE! at the top of his voice and can generally be annoying at times. Nog, I love his story arc, and the character.

However, Zek sets my teeth on edge whenever he is on screen. His voice, arghhhhhh....
