The most "Star Wars" moments in Trek?

Whenever I watch the Deep Space Nine episode The Die Is Cast, there's a certain scene which reminds me a lot of Star Wars. It's the one where the Founders' (former) homeworld is subjected to bombardment by the combined Cardassian-Romulan fleet, but then it's discovered that the planet was actually deserted and the Jem'Hadar were lying in wait to ambush them! I mean, even right down to Garak actually saying the immortal line "It's a trap!" Like, totally ROTJ...only without a happy ending for the ones being ambushed this time!

Does anyone else know of any other Star Trek moments that struck them as being rather "Star Wars"?

Tears of the Prophets, when the Allies blow up the moon that was controlling the weapon platforms. That was a very Death Star-esque explosion.

The last of the Mirror-universe episodes in DS9 had a distinctly Star Wars feel.

Either the Spheres or the Xindi weapons came across as a bit Star Warsy. I think they managed to stay Trek enough though (for the most part :p).

There is one bar scene in a TNG episode with all sorts of weird aliens that reminds me of the Star Wars bar scene. I cant remember which episode its from though it had this weird looking female alien playing some sort of instrument and Riker was in the bar. If anyone knows the name of the episode please let me know because its driving me nuts not being able to remember!

Was that "Gambit"?

I think the episode is Unification.

Ya thats it "Unification". Thanks! I just looked at some screencaps and thats the one I was thinking of. Here are some caps showing what I mean about the Star Wars like bar: http://tng.trekcore.com/gallery/thumbnails.php?album=107&page=5

The DS9 episode Valiant. The cadets learn the Dominion unbership has a supposedly critical weakness in some unprotected ventilation shaft which can destroy the ship if fired upon. Of course, they then go completely non-Star Wars and have the plan fail.

Which was a wonderful twist on the whole fairy tale aspect of both franchises, I think.

Okay, now I'll mention Species 8472's planet killer weapon. The beams even join together to form a superbeam just like the Death Star.

As an obvious example of how the influence runs the other way, I'll also point out that there's one moment in the original 1977 Star Wars that owes a considerable debt to an episode of Star Trek. (Putting aside the obvious fact that Trek is an obvious influence on later popular sci-fi in general!)

I'm talking about the moment after Alderaan is blown to smithereens by the Death Star, Obi-Wan Kenobi feels a disturbance in the Force. That almost feels directly descended from the scene in The Immunity Syndrome in which Spock feels the death of the Vulcans aboard the Intrepid as they're wiped out by the giant space amoeba.

Good point. I'd like to add, but I'm hazy on the details: wasn't there a probe of some sort (Nomad?) that, when it shot Scotty, it created a distinctive blaster sound effect that's been used in all Star Wars films much later?

There's an episode of DS9 (season 6 or 7) where the klingons go down into the atmosphere and attack some building on the planets surface, I always thought that felt star wars-y, normally in trek they just attack from orbit.
