Crossfire is a tale of woe for Odo, involving his unrequited (well, at the time) love for Kira. I love his scene after wrecking his quarters, which happen to be below Quark's, leading to Quark to come and give his advice. I also like how Odo's perfect hair is slightly ruffled.

Dukat is a great character to watch, so I'll go for Indiscretion next. He has this great antagonistic relationship with Kira, which usually generates amazing scenes. For example, when they're both in the runabout and Kira wants to sit quietly, but Dukat can't help it. Soon enough they're debating the Occupation.
