Picking up from the tease at the end of last season's finale, this season we will see our now official team of Librarians facing off against Dominic Monaghan's Merlin.

I ended up falling losing track of the first season when it originally aired, but I managed to get caught up over the last couple weeks on the TNG website and app, and I really enjoyed it. I'm really looking forward to the new season, and as a big fan of Dominic Monaghan I'm really happy about joining the show as Merlin.

I'm psyched for this. I think that Dominic Monaghan will probably be a brilliant but off the wall version of Merlin.

He's definitely not someone who I would have immediately thought of for Merlin, but I'm looking forward to seeing what his version is like. I'm curious if we'll see him and Mrs. Astolat interact, I'm sure they've got quite the history.

I felt the same way with the previous series when they brought Matt Frewer in to be Lancelot (under a different name).

I was really disappointed they didn't bring Matt Frewer back when they did the time travel episode last season. The new guy did a good job, but it just wasn't the same.

Agreed. I too, was disappointed that it wasn't Frewer.

I think that the whole Merlin plot will make it interesting.

These first couple episodes were pretty good. I did like the introduction of Merlin, and anger thing did bring some interesting things to the surface for everybody. And the stuff with Vikram and Stone being stuck together was fun.
