Like before, it's going to come down to just scenes of an episode that makes me vote for it. Hell, it may even come down to just seconds.

"FAVOR THE BOLD" gets the vote because it has so little of Garak. (I know he doesn't appear in "THE CHANGING FACE OF EVIL", but that was such a pivotal episode that I can forgive it for not having Garak.)

I vote for Favor The Bold. I remember liking Rocks and Shoals much more. Personally, I wasn't a fan of the occupation arc that opened season 6. You knew Sisko was going to retake the station anyway, and there were some plot threads I just didn't care for.
