Did anyone else wonder just how nobody thought about the cops on the other side of the portal could see into their base and there was a giant effing bank safe door there?
That kind narrows search perimeters.
It was definitely a mistake to not move Blink, but I don't think the show wants to dwell on that.
They were willing to sacrifice their base of operations for one person?
There was also Garret Dillahunt, so that makes three Burn Notice alumni in this episode along. I'm very curious if we'll be getting any more. Gabrielle Anwar and Bruce Campbell are both busy with other shows, so I doubt we'll see them in more than a small role if at all. I'm not what Jeffrey Donovan is up to these days.First Coby Bell and now Sharon Gless. When do we get a Jeffery Donovan voiceover for an episode? Who will Bruce Campbell play?![]()
Does Marvel have a Multiverse? I'm guessing this series is based on a different timeline from the X-Men movies, since there should be no Sentinel Services post-DOFP.

In an effort to reunite with one another, Reed cuts a deal with the Sentinel Services and Caitlin and the kids seek help from someone outside the compound. Meanwhile, Thunderbird begins to teach Blink how to control her powers.

Ah, it's not just me then.Well, that didn't take long before the show started totally sucking.
We have Mom in contact with her brother, but the bad guys don't know it even after the angry mob who found out over the Internet came to his front door?!
That's in addition to Angry Son leaving a trail of warped parking meters to the cabbie counting change after taking them to the same place.
Like Sentinel Services wouldn't be watching her family.
Give me a break.
Too bad.

Plot-tonium sets in hard this week...I want to like this show, but the writing for this episode was awful. Characters acting stupid for the sake of the plot, atrocious and predictable dialogue, and far too many eye-rolling moments. .
Adding to the list, Cousin Oliver posting a pic of the twisted statue. Yes, kids are kids, and aren't adults, so getting mad at an adolescent for doing something stupid may seem harsh. But this show-unlike the first movie, takes place in a world where mutants are not a new thing the public isn't aware of. People have been taken away and disappeared. Your aunt and cousins show up with your uncle's whereabouts unknown, and you think sending a picture to a buddy-no matter how trustworthy you think he is, is a smart move?![]()
I guess I'm the only one who actually enjoyed this one.
I actually like the fact that Reed couldn't go through with his plan with Turner. Sure it might have been more dramatic if he had gone through with it and betrayed the Underground, but I get tired of shows like this where people keep those kinds of secrets from each other.
