The Game - Tarvokian Pound Cake

After Worf announces he has baked Tarvokian Pound Cake for Wesley, he immediately looks over at Riker, who nods his head laughing. Worf looks puzzled and this continues for a moment in the scene. It seems a little odd as I can't figure out the reason for Worf's stunned look that would make Riker laugh. Was it in the script, or is something going on between Frakes and Dorn?

I don't remember the scene but the way you described it it sounds like Riker is laughing at the fierce klingon warrior Worf baking a cake and Worf not understanding why that is funny.

 

[Captain59]

That makes sense. He also said it from the back of the room like he was making a major announcement, and drew out the word "pound"..."Wesley! Tarvokian poooooound cake! I made it myself!" I can see more of the humor there now that I think about it.

It's never as funny if it needs explanation.
