Eh, who wants to go to Earth-19? They'll probably invade Earth-1 for the coffee.
You think clearer, with the correct amount of sleep and no coffee, which is why Earth 19 seems like it's 50 years ahead in the future compared to earth 1.
When/how was this established?
They fought in a multi dimensional war years or decades ago.
Team Flash only knows about this stuff, because they stole it from earth 2.

Here's hoping it involves Wally heroically sacrificing his speed powers for good, and subsequently leaving the City to go to college. He's improved a lot, and isn't even really annoying anymore, but one season with two Flashes is quite enough.
When Wally said "Hot cheerleaders" in reference to what looked like 15 to 17 year old schoolgirls, I sorta cringed. But what was really odd is when Iris joked about her 26 year old boyfriend getting a boner over/about/for 15 year old children, not that she was completely aware that these cheerleaders where almost half Barry's age, but it would have been a perfect defence if Iris really was jealous.

Doesn't say anything about their level of development...for one thing, they were invaded. And there's plenty of multidimensional stuff going on from Earth-1 these days.
Not from regular science or the government, that we know of, since Argus needs help from team Flash to get anything done, because it has an Earth 2 high school text book that's licked string theory.
STARLabs is not sharing what it has learned from it's adventures using advanced tech and adventures in the multiverse. Earth 19 dealing with an invasion from an Parallel Earth means that everyone knows about super science (that the invaders invented) and every scientist on the planet is pushing that science forward using the tech that the invaders left behind when they were repelled.
The Viet Nam War was a huge trick to swindle 40 thousand American Jeeps from the US Army.

Gypsy did refer to Earth-1 as primitive, or backward, or something like that. That suggests their world is more advanced. Then again, they were invaded 25 years ago, so that may have accelerated their tech development, whether through tech they obtained from the invaders or their own push to develop technology against the invaders. (Sort of like Stargate SG-1 but against extradimensional invaders instead of aliens.)
I'm the opposite, if it were up to me we'd also get Jessie as a full time regular, and incorporate Bart into the show too. I forgot to mention in my other post that I loved the jump onto Supergirl's Earth, which I can't remember the number of. I'd managed to avoid spoilers until I saw the episode this morning, and I was very happy I didn't get the surprise ruined. Stuff like this is one of the great things about having all of the shows in one city, since they only have to drive across town (if that far even), rather than flying across the continent, now we can get stuff like that.

Since Flashpoint, Earth 1 isn't the same Earth they visited in the previous seasons, which means that Earth 2 Jesse has no real claim to the place or Wally.

I'm surprised Barry and Cisco have spent so little time exploring the multi-verse. This is especially weird given that they know for sure that Savitar is known to Jay Garrick, which would indicate that his origins might be in one of those other Earths. At the very least, Team Flash could be collecting defensive weapons for use against enemies like Savitar.
Touring other Earth's is a real money maker that the flash Museum should think about looking into, of course with access to an infinite number of dead Earths, they don't need money or a business to make money.
Oh, sure, it's all fun and games... until you beam into a world that has anti-Vibing towers around the city, and Meta-hunters on flying surfboards homing in on you the moment you arrive.
This is just too big of a science fiction concept for me. I can't function without coffee regardless of the amount of sleep I've had, how they get anything done on Earth-19 is beyond me

Didn't catch that...it's such a cliched thing for an antagonist to say, it probably just slipped out the other ear.
