I was watching trailers, and I saw Miles and Kate both got new work.
Life continues on.
Life continues on.
Why would anybody watch Fant4stic when they had so much warning that it sucked?
It was free. I was curious. Wreck on the highway.
I've gotten to a point that life's too short to waste a couple hours on something just to see if it's as crappy as everyone says it is.
If you haven't seen it, you may as well give in and give it a watch. It's not the movie we would have wanted, but it's not the horror it was made out to be. Just dissappointing. You can kind of see where Trank wanted to go, but like the movie Sunshine, it decides to turn into a different movie at the midway point. Along with an unforgiveable act by one of the characters (that I still can't accept).Sometimes that can be fun. But this doesn't seem like it'd be one of those times.
And they were both shit.It was two movies taped together.
Incidentally, I saw Fantastic Four over the weekend and I couldn't get past the fact that now, Wally being a street racer seems ripped from Johnny's story in the movie.
I think it's much more likely both of them were "inspired by" the immensely popular Fast and the Furious franchise...
The first act is actually pretty interesting. It's a bit like the first part of Cronenberg's The Fly before goes into the pod. There's not really a second act. It's like two different movies awkwardly cut together.
And here and all I remember another show about a guy who could run super-fast and a friend of his who got caught up in the drag racing scene...I think it's much more likely both of them were "inspired by" the immensely popular Fast and the Furious franchise...
New Zoom theory--He's Alex Désert! That's what they've been saving him for!
