Andy Mientus will portray Hartley Rathaway/Pied Piper on The CW's The Flash. He is a former employee and mentee of Dr. Harrison Wells. He loses his hearing when the particle accelerator explodes. He develops sonicwave weaponry in order to exact revenge on Wells by targeting his new protege, The Flash. He is set to appear in the 11th and 12th episodes of the series' first season.
I don't watch arrow but am curious about what that last scene with Oliver and the woman in the coffee shop was about?
Could be coincidence. Twenty two years ago the woman who became wife and I ran into each other after not seeing each other for nearly a decade. And there's a little more of that small-universe syndrome that we've been discussing elsewhere. Ollie makes a presumably low-profile visit to Central City, and the girl he knew in Starling who moved there just happens to come into the coffee shop where Ollie's friend Barry hangs out while Ollie's there....
(Unless somebody tweeted that Ollie was there and she rushed over to stalk him...that would be a whole different issue.)

If it happens regularly then it might be Small Universe Syndrome.
Fair enough example, I guess.Once, entirely by accident, I ran into a friend of mine in London. I was living in NYC at the time, she was living in Boston, and neither of us knew that the other was vacationing in England, and, no, there was no big science fiction convention involved to explain why we were both in London at the same time.
Or why she was staying in a bed-and-breakfast two doors down from where my girlfriend and I were staying . . . .
I thought the Rainbow Raider was a waste of concept, since he only used one color. What other tricks might he have had in his arsenal?
