An okay episode, not great, but with a nice message about how destiny is just the culmination of all our choices throughout our lives. Good to see Dreamer again, but it was pretty contrived that the one person that could help her unlock her new powers was not J'onn or Brainy or Kara, but Iris West-Allen. I was expecting the team-up between them to be a journalistic collaboration, which would've been a more organic way of pairing them off.
Since Nia's dream visions included images of spiders and ravens, I was wondering if the hooded figure was some kind of mythical trickster like Raven and Anansi. I even thought for a second that it might turn out to actually be Raven from Titans.
Weird way for the Mark/Khione thing to come to a head, with a public argument with the bar patrons Greek-chorusing. I was wondering if that part was a dream too. Although the surprising part was the final scene with Khione freezing the brunch spread. I'd been convinced that it was actually Mark who had the ice powers catalyzed by Khione's touch, or that it was some kind of Wonder Twins thing where they only had the power in tandem.
Also, if their drinks had been frozen in their glasses, the ice would surely have been stuck to the glass rather than sliding out so smoothly. And the glass might have cracked from the rapid expansion of the liquid, or from the instant temperature change. (Normally the expansion wouldn't be a problem in an open vessel, since it could expand upward, but if it freezes almost instantly, it would expand almost instantly, and that might be a problem for the glass.)
I'm guessing he has a ton of screen time in the climactic episodes and needs the extra time to film them. Back when they did the big annual crossovers, they'd often have episodes preceding or following them where the lead characters barely appeared, to free the actors' schedules for the crossover work.

Nice to see Dreamer back but this is the second episode in a row where they have sidelined the Flash which is a strange thing to do for the final season.
