^ I don't think you are eligible for the rebate. You have to have already purchased seasons 6 & 7. If you purchased both by a certain date (which is now passed), you got a $20 rebate.

^ Are you sure about that? Because on the rebate form I have here (no, I haven't sent it in yet) it says that you can purchase the sets anytime between November 4, 2003 and June 30, 2004. Maybe it's just a Canada thing. :borg:

Well, if I can't, I usually save between $30-40 per set when I get them from eBay, so it's not a complete loss if I don't get the rebate. It would be nice, though.

Actually, the date goes until June 30th. DS9 Fan 2, you still have enough time if you get 6, and 7 (And 5 so you get the show in order) quickly.

^ Yep yep, the offer is good for a another couple of months.

^ Yeah...the ending to season 1 and the beginning of season 2 *are* very good episodes. I like those alot!

I went out and spent a ton of money at Media Play tonight cus it was triple points. Reserved about 6 things cus you got 2,000 bonus points for each reservation.

So I will have a busy next month-and-a-half, picking stuff up! I reserved Babylon 5 season 5, Buffy season 6, The Matrix Revolutions, Voyager season 2, Farscape 4.3, Sex & the City season 6....

Yep...busy month indeed!

Yeah, I've actually seen those Stargate episodes, but I didn't remember them being this good. That stuff was impressive. :D

I've actually decided that I won't get S5 of Babylon 5 right away. I think I'm gonna wait at least until the fall. Before the summer I'll either be able to get a couple more seasons of Stargate, or B5 S5 plus something else. And well, cos I haven't seen any Stargate past season 2, I've decided to get with that. I also plan to get quite a couple of movies, including Matrix Revolutions, Kill Bill Volume 1 and The Last Samurai.

Oh yeah, I didn't know you were getting the Voyager DVDs aswell. Did you get S1 aswell? If yes, have you watched any of it yet?

I'd like to chime in and say to DS9 Fan 2 that they're right about the purchase date having not passed and that it's in June. And that I'm glad BigFoot is still with us and I hope your laptop gets back to you soon (I'd sure feel bad not having my desktop around). And that blue definitely works for ya Steven. What's that age-old character anyway? Link? And that I haven't purchased ANYTHING in a while! Still recouperating from last year's DS9 blitz ;)

Well, that's my chime in. If I missed anyone, catch ya next time! Peace! :p

^ Thanx buddy, like I said, I should have my lap top back in 3 to 4 weeks which IMO absolutely sucks. I'm used to having my PC repaired with a week at most, so this is too much if you ask me. But hey, nothing I can do about it. Luckily my girlfriend got a brand new Sony VAIO a couple of weeks ago, so at least we're not computer-less. :)

Thanks. He's the hero character from an old Nintendo RPG/adventure game (ie the original Nintendo) called Crystalis. It's easily one of my favourite games of all time even though it's over 10 years old. ;) :D

They remade it for the GameBoy a couple years ago, but I haven't played that one.

I just ordered seasons 3-5 of Babylon 5. At the following prices from Amazon, it was just too good to pass up:

Season 3 - $79.98 (average)
Season 4 - $74.98 (not bad at all)
Season 5 - $69.99 (pre-order price, and best I've seen)

So, I'm a happy bunny. Seasons 3 and 4 should be here by the weekend, and by the time I'm done watching them, Season 5 will be here.

Am I the only one who thinks J. Michael Stracynski's commentaries are repetitive and boring? The one in Season 2 with Bruce, Claudia, and Jerry was hysterical, though! :D

I haven't watched any of the Babylon 5 commentaries yet, so I can't comment on that. I do plan to watch them eventually though.

I actually have an idea that impacts the board?

Yey. ;)

I still think the blue looks a lot better than the pink steave.

I don't listed to JMS's commentaries. His ego *really* gets on my nerves...so I just skip his commentary and focus on what I like best about him: his product.

And you are right about Bruce, Claudia and Jerry. I listened to the commentary they did about the episode with the technomages, and it was indeed hilarious.

After being pretty quick on the draw (i.e., having pre-orders in place before the release dates) for seasons 4-6, I really sort of dragged by feet in picking up S7. Most of it was simply stopping the bleeding of my wallet.

Well...I'm caught up*, now. I picked up S7 a few days ago and watched the first two episodes, and remembered just how great they were.

I loved this show, so much. I savored every minute of it and I look back on those days fondly. And now I can (to some extent) relive them.

*Sniff* It's so wonderful :p

*Seasons 3-7, probably all I'm going to get.

Well, my finals are going pretty good. I've done 4 out of 5 so far. I think I did alright on all of them. I've got business tomorrow which I'm not worried about. I've only gotten one result so far, 81% on the final, A- overall. :)

Anyway, the business final is tomorrow at 8.30 and after that, I am over...well, for a while. :D I got a week off, and then classes start again. But it should be pretty slow for a while. :)

^ Congrats! :) I've still got a couple weeks of classes left, then 5 finals spread across 3 weeks. I am so looking forward to this term being over with, but I'm not really looking forward to the grades. :(

Thanx :) I wish our finals were spread over three weeks. I've got all five of them in the same week, it's crazy.

Congrats on the Finals. I'm at Midterms this week (I don't have any which is nice) so I don't have any finals until May. I do have a Spanish test I'm not looking foward to tommarow.
