the morning in Adelaide had an article yesterday blaming problems lot of the the problems in the local hospitality industry on the workers with claims about texting 30 mins before shifts that they can't work etc.
now it's possible the story went into more (couldn't read it cos the paywall) but lets not forget it's a pretty shitty industry to work in and those same workers would have to hang around all day in case they were called in.
and lets not forget the succesful lobbying to kill penalty rates for industry with claims it would lead to more jobs.
