No. I did not take the photo. The last time I went to Penguin I did not own a camera. They dress the penguin up for Christmas and certain other occasions.
There are other penguins around the town and you can also see real fairy penguins when they come to shore.

Interesting there wasn't one person from the government who was there besides Concietta. Heck both sides were empty. The Australian people see it. The NSW liberals are gonna be in big trouble at both elections.
I wouldn't bet on that there are still all the rusted on voters, and don't forget Scotty's "Quiet Australians"
