The corniest film you inexplicably love

There were some hidden comedy gems as well. Martin Short and Nick Nolte and a little girl in Three Fugitives.
Or Richard Dreyfuss in Moon over Parador.
If you can find these on YouTube I recommend them although the picture quality probably isn’t great because they were made in the 80’s

Three Fugitives is a favorite of mine. My dad was laughing so hard at this scene (0:29) that we were worried we might have to call an ambulance,

Roadhouse with Patrick Swayze is one of my favourite action films that is let down by a few lines of dialogue and the famous fight scene at the end with the unlikely 'punch of death'. Poor editing turns what could have been a classic in to a turkey. The corny lines can be forgiven but not the punch of death idea. It makes ridiculous what is a good story with a fine cast and Otis Redding - These Arms Of Mine on the soundtrack.

There's a scene where someone is punched in the face and you can see the fake blood on his nose before the punch connects. That's quite a big continuity goof.

There’s what looks like a loose remake of Roadhouse coming out with Jake Gylenhall. I would be surprised if it’s anywhere near as entertaining as the original.

Airborne. Our family loves it.

Yeah, what really makes the original is the soundtrack with Jeff Healey as the bar band. It's what gave the movie an identity. Any remake is going to have to figure out a unique soundtrack, because it's certainly not the story that made it a hit.

How's THIS for corny: Infra-Man.

Any movie where the big baddie is named "Princess Dragon Mom" is OK in my book. :guffaw:

Does anyone remember a movie called Lightning Jack?
It stars Paul Hogan (Crocodile Dundee) as a man trying to get famous for robbing banks in the old west. Also stars Cuba Gooding Jr. as a mute that wants to join his gang
