Those Peter Sellers Pink Panther movies were corny AF but I loved them.
"We're sorry to bother you at a time like this, Mrs. Twice. We would have come earlier but your husband wasn't dead then."
Given the fastidious and "hands off" nature of this society, my best guess is that they concealed three buttons. First button washes your nether parts with warm water, the second blasts you with warm air to dry them, and the last one gives you a puff of dry, odor-absorbing powder (since you're wearing a kimono in hot California weather, you're probably all sweaty).
In the book, Spartan asks Huxley how they work, she explains, and he is quite impressed and says it's much better than toilet paper.
