Having a Trek veteran voice the computer sounds like a good idea. Marina Sirtis or Nana Visitor are the best nominations I've seen
Paul Bettany, now also playing The Vision in the Avengers movies.
Speech synthesis has gotten good enough that we can actually use a computer voice for the computer voice!

If male, I would not be opposed to the deep voice of Avery Brooks. Brent Spiner with an even tone would be a nice in-house nod as well, if he kept it on an even keel. If female, I would fully support Gates McFadden or Marina Sirtis. Also Nichelle Nichols - actually kind of surprised she hasn't been mentioned before now. Outside of the Trek family...not sure...maybe Katy Sagal? Judi Dench?

if the series takes place after Nemesis, I STILL think its a brilliant idea to make Data the Federation computer interface voice, and have the computer addressed as such - "Data, show us a tactical display on-screen". It furthers the character and gives him a better sense of finality than Nemesis did (IMO) plus lets Spiner be in Trek without having to appear (which his age being his own reason for not appearing anymore)
