I liked the CGI in Nemesis myself. In fact the space battle is pretty much the only thing I've gone back and rewatched. It was cool.

i thought the cgi in nemesis was pretty good to. its insurrection that i thought looked really bad.

The Nemesis battle was the most boring spacebattle Star Trek has done for years. No drama, no excitement, rubbish music, crap CGI which led to very fake, computer game-like ships.

Ignore the technical CGI side, for everything else that CAN be compared fairly, ST09 will blow the Nemesis spacebattles away.

Yep..I agree totally. I am not sure what these fellow posters were watching, but oh well. I'm glad that only 10 people in this world even saw the movie. The memory of those effects will be long forgotten just as the movie was. We have the Lords of Kobol to thank for that!!!
