"The Best of Both Worlds" Line-by-Line

Picard appears on the Screen, surrounded by Borg Drones

Picard: I am Locutus of Borg. Resistance is Futile. Your Life as it has been Is Over. From this time forward, you will service Us.

Riker: Mr. Worf. Fire!

Part II

Crusher and Worf have new Hairstyles.

La Forge: Deflector Power Approaching Maximum Limits. Energy Discharge in 6 seconds!

EDIT: That's cool, knocking out about half the episode in one evening. That's good enough. :)

LAFORGE: I can't maintain it much longer, Commander.

(BTW, I personally would have included the "Last time on Star Trek: The Next Generation" recap, since it is part of the original episode -- unlike the originally 2-hour episodes that have later been chopped into two-parters for reruns -- but since we've already moved past that point, I guess we'll skip it.)

Computer: Warning. Exceeding reaction chamber thermal limit.

Picard: Fire at will, continue rotating shield frequency.

Riker: Dammit! Always shooting at me!! :guffaw:

At the rate this episode is being done, we're very liable to set a new record. ;)

LOCUTUS: The knowledge and experience of the human Picard is part of us now. It has prepared us for all possible courses of action. Your resistance is hopeless, Number One.

First Officers Log Stardate 44001.4 The Borg Ship has resumed its course toward Earth. We are unable to pursue, pending repairs to The Enterprise.

Senior Staff in Observation Lounge, Admiral Hanson on screen

Riker: As anticipated the blast burned out our main Navigational Deflector. We also have damage to our shields and our reactor core.

At the rate this episode is being done, we're very liable to set a new record. ;)

We'll See, Vanyel and I made a big dent last night, I wonder what how much'll get accomplished in the next couple o days.

RIKER: The Enterprise'll be there, sir. Maybe a little late, but we'll be there, sir.

Hanson: Your engagements have given us valuable time. We've mobilized a fleet of 40 Starships at Wolf 359, that's just for starters. The Klingons are sending more ships. Hell, we've even thought of opening communications with The Romulans.
