A bunch of the sanctuaries I follow out east are working on another cruelty/neglect case, and apparently it's really, really bad. A lot of them have been doing this for years, and they're saying this is the worst case they've ever seen, and seeing what they see on a regular basis, I can't even begin to imagine how bad this one must be.

The sanctuaries involved in the cruelty case I posted about yesterday are looking for places that can take in some of the animals. Just to be clear, these are neglected and abused animals, coming from a situation that the people involved are calling the worst case of abuse and neglect they have ever seen, so they are not going to be easy pets, they are going to take a lot of work.

The situations like the one I've been posting about happening out east, always bring up a weird combination of feelings for me. I'm horrified and disgusted by what happened to the animals, but then at same time, I'm really blown away by all of the people showing up to save them. So far there have probably been people from at least a dozen, if not more, sanctuaries going there to help.
They're also starting to release more footage of what the place looks like.
