Since the second season of PIC is the first time Picard and Q have interacted since "All Good Things", and we're four or five years removed from the AGT Future of 2395, let's see how that version of 2395 compares to the Canon Version of 2399 or 2400.
1. Picard at the Vineyard. --> Unless he returned to the Vineyard after S1, he's still on La Sirena.
2. Geordi married to Leah Brahms. --> I hope this didn't happen. But I also don't think we'll see Geordi.
3. Data at the University. --> Scratch that one. Unless Alton Soong takes up a professorship there in S2. Technically not Data, but that's as close as we'd get. But I still don't think that's happening.
4. Relationship with the Klingons isn't "too cozy." --> Possible, but I don't think we'll see or hear anything about it either way.
5. Picard and Crusher were married and divorced. --> The jury is still out on that one.
6. Worf as the Governor of a Klingon Moon. --> Highly unlikely if Zhaban recommended him as someone who could go with Picard to look for Dahj's sister. He wouldn't be free to do so if he were a Governor.
I think that's all that's left from "All Good Things" where we have to see if it happened, happened differently, or didn't happen at all. Unless I'm missing something. Most of the rest of it was tackled in the TNG Movies or PIC Season 1.
