Ah, that's where my confusion lies. I thought this was back way further than 100 years. It must be another series or movie I must be thinking of then. There's no way it could be that, it's 100 years before The Phantom Menace, so it's way to late for the original emergence of the Sith.
Nope. Not even legends showed us IIRC. Same with JawasDid we ever find out what Tuskens really look like, canonically?
I think "Legends" comics kinda sorta went there in certain ways... but the new canon is not beholden to that stuff. Not even legends showed us IIRC.
Jedi Knight had a Tusken NPC that was gray skinned. The Star Wars universe book had some hints of possible appearances but never fully explored it.Nope. Not even legends showed us IIRC
Huh I had no idea those enemies were meant to be Tuskens, I thought they just reused the sounds.Jedi Knight had a Tusken NPC that was gray skinned. The Star Wars universe book had some hints of possible appearances but never fully explored it.
Good. That's how it should remain. Part of the appeal is the hidden features.Nope. Not even legends showed us IIRC. Same with Jawas

I honestly never want to see the Bothans. Not everything has to be seen or explained onscreen. They served their purpose by being mentioned in ROTJ, and did so quite effectively. That's enough. That's enough already.
Not really sure if I'd call it untapped, so far there have been dozens of novels, comics, short stories, reference books, and an animated series set during The High Republic era. And on top of The Acolyte there's also a video game coming out sometime in the next few years also set during The High Republic.
No one, yet. But I might if the story is good. But who cares about that crap?
Me and many others. But who cares about that crap?
The Dawn of the Jedi comics pictured a species that was supposedly a precursor race.Jedi Knight had a Tusken NPC that was gray skinned. The Star Wars universe book had some hints of possible appearances but never fully explored it.
You can hear the sound at one point during the skiff sequence in ROTJ. The first time I really noticed that I didn't know what to make of it. Did a Tusken get domesticated and end up working for Jabba?Huh I had no idea those enemies were meant to be Tuskens, I thought they just reused the sounds.
The books and comics are pretty consistent bestsellers, so a lot of people do, including myself and a few other people on here. But who cares about that crap?
Beyond the other film influences, Headland has infused her love of the original films, current books, and Legends lore into the story. “There were certain things that I really wanted to do. You'll see a half Theelin, half human Jedi, Jecki, played by Dafne Keen, which was always a dream of mine,” Headland says. She first fell in love with the species when Rystáll Sant joined the Max Rebo Band in the Special Edition of Return of the Jedi
“There's also some EU lore that I decided to put in because I thought it was so cool and no one told me I couldn't,” she adds with a laugh. The series will introduce a Zygerrian Jedi and canonize one species that’s yet to be seen, Headland reveals. “There are a couple of really big EU ideas that are utilized both early on in the series and later in the series,” she hints.
Delenn and Sheridan say hi!I love the sneaky cameos in the second comic...but it would've been better if they had Blake's 7 characters instead of Firefly, especially since all of the cameos are from the same time period roughly (aside from The First Doctor).
Oh, shit! I didn't even notice them!Delenn and Sheridan say hi!![]()
