TFF Line-by-Line

Kirk: No, it isn't that. I knew I wouldn't die, because the two of you were with me.

McCoy: Well, I'll call Vahalla and have them reserve a room for you. It's a mystery what draws us together, all that time in space and getting on each other's nerves. And what do we do when shore leave comes around? We spend it together. Other people have families!

McCoy: Well I'll be damned. A Marshmelon. How did you learn to do that?

^ slight correction. McCoy uses the same incorrect word, goading Spock on in his mistake.

SPOCK: Before leaving the ship, I consulted the library computer to familiarize myself with the customs associated with "camping out."

SPOCK: Oh. I believe we are required to engage in a ritual known as "the singalong."

Kirk: That's right, I haven't done a sing-along in a long time and I'm not gonna miss out this time. Bones?

^ Actually, I believe that should be...

KIRK: That's great. I haven't sung around a campfire since I was a boy in Iowa. What should we sing? Bones, what should we sing?
