ooooh.... Want that. Ordered

As an actual update to the case Friday abdin filed his brief in the appeal. I have it but not where I can upload it right now but will soon. Next date is 2/14 for cbs to reply.

Yes. He used all his money to get to here and still need to pay for the rest, and wants to bring on a former judge who resigned due to ethics issues, and also wants to pay for media and PR as well.
I thought I'd seen that Ex-Judges name in the news before.

That was kind of a big deal when he resigned.

And he wants other fans to pay for it! :guffaw:

Quite a scam he's got going. Sharing how pissed off one is about <insert favorite franchise here>, is turning into quite the side hustle for some folks.

Yeah and the guy still hasn't finished his game. he could have used some of this publicity to double or triple the sales he was likely to get. Instead he'd rather go don quixote on cbs at the service of the fandom menace..

Just read up on him. I give Abdin this: with himself, the Youtube brigade, his weirdly incompetent and shady lawyers, and now this new judge character(X) his cast is quite colorful.

CBS seems rather drab in comparison, doesn't it?

(X) Apparently apart from resigning from his former position as former United States Circuit Judge and former Chief Judge of the United States Court of Appeals for the Federal Circuit due to an "ethics breach" (Abdin must have simply forgotten to mention that), he also "sang vocals in a rock band, often playing Van Morrison and the Rolling Stones at legal conferences. At the same time, he's a practicing Mormon who said he "never intentionally consumed alcohol," but once accidentally drank from a spiked punch bowl."
