I know what you mean. It had faded in colour but was still within the use by date. There was a time when I would have binned it, but once it was out of the vacuum packaging, the colour returned and there was no bad smell so I decided to risk it.

I am trying to reduce the amount of waste I produce.

Also, I just put a casserole in the oven for tonight, might be the last one till autumn, and I’m considering making a crusty loaf to go with it.

Saw a movie and had lunch out--was a nice day, and finally got out of the house.

Managed to rearrange the house to free up some work space, and make the living area more cosy.

Also sorted my craft draws. I’ve got a lot of materials accumulated.
