Superman

Only if they take the effort to adapt Jack's art style. The recent DCAU trend of everything looking like generic pseudo anime is of no interest to me.

I would welcome artist or more comic-based animation (it worked in New Frontier and the Marvel Knights' Black Panther series), rather than yet another series still--in one way or another--being influenced by the DCAU (specifically Batman: the Animated Series - Justice League Unlimited) which is the default approach.

Batman v Superman made me appreciate Man of Steel more.

I loved Man of Steel from the start; it was the right way of placing Superman and his identity into the 21st century's challenges and perfectly segued into Dawn of Justice. DC live action at its finest.

A Kal-El companion piece for the Lex one a few pages back.

Okay, so I don't feel great about including Cage. He's clearly CG in the finished film, but he was in the studio on camera for the film, so I dunno... On the other hand, I left out John Rockwell. Sue me. ;)

Why didn't you include Corenswet? We do have an official image of him in costume now. Granted, it's not great (I want to trust in Gunn, but some of his choices are making it difficult), so maybe you're just holding out for something better.

I thought the Marvel Knights Black Panther was a motion comic, not an animated series?

How I spent my time while the board was gone. ;)

Smallville's Aaron Ashmore was a misdirect.

The real Jimmy, fake Jimmy's younger brother, did not arrive on site, until fake Jimmy's funeral.

Choice Welling Quote from Talkville" "Aaron Ashmore? Aaron? Are you sure it's Aaron? Hell. I've been calling him "Sean" at conventions for the last ten years."

Someone pointed out to me once before that the Lanas are always really gorgeous compared to the Lois'....seeing the visual guide there I can safely agree.

They are all an 11, and besides Clark loves Lois most because of how poorly she spells words, so it doesn't matter what she looks like.

Here's Lucy, Cat, Kara, and Sam
It gave me pause for a moment that you didn't include Eliza Helm as "CJ" Grant, the younger version of Cat on Supergirl, but I guess you'd be heading down a real rabbit hole if you started incorporating younger incarnations of the characters as well. I think Helm sticks out in my mind because, unlike most of the "young Clarks" or "young Karas," she was an adult version of the character. Still, probably best if you stick to the primary actors in the roles for a given series or movie.

And again, these are really fun, so thanks for doing them. :)

Oh, yeah, SV had two different Cat Grant characters, as they had "Catherine Grant" played by Emilie Ullerup, in season 9, who gets to be Lois' rival for romancing Clark, even goes on a date with him, is a journalist, and becomes the host of a TV talk show, just like the Cat Grant from the comics, but by season 10 they decided to have another go introducing the totally different Cat Grant portrayed by Keri Lynn Pratt.

Between that and the whole Jimmy's brother who is also named Jimmy, SV sure liked to take a mulligan on characters.

I'll admit that I had no idea about C.J. (I fell off most of the CW stuff a while ago, and she didn't come up in my rudimentary search) and I avoided having "briefly younger" versions listed, but looking at the wiki she does seem to cross the line from "young cameo" into being the character fully.

I also spaced completely on Smallville Cat 1.0 who also wasn't on the list I found online.

I shall update the Cat graphic ASAP. :)
