Perhaps Zod wears some battle armor as in the old World of Krypton mini from back in 1987.
So Zod is the Master?
Could be. I was under impression that Ma and Pa were in the scenes in the present as well.
I find it weird when all these so-called advanced civilisations sport metal suits or armour that we (humans) abandoned [pretty much] hundreds of years ago.
Assuming this movie isn't jumping on the their dead by that point bandwagon.
Its better than so-called advanced civilizations sporting leather armor, and mostly using sharp knives and bladed weapons in a world were everyone has ray guns and seemingly are afraid of bathing
I'm just pleased that they have thrown out everything from the previous series of films - not that I disliked them but it was time for some fresh.
Here's a question - is it even clear that Krypton was destroyed?
If some spoilers I've read are true then
yes, it is destroyed
Probably, but you couldn't really cast a 60 year-old actress and then pretend she's in her 30s in the flashbacks. Works better the other way around.
Nice, wonder if the music in the trailer is the new Superman Theme? Looks sweet anyway, can't wait 'til it's released, the more I see the more excited I get!
That looks fantastic.
Wow, very cool. And I have to think that's the new theme, or at least music from somewhere in the movie, because I've never heard it before. It'll take some getting used to, but I think I like it.
I can't stop watching that trailer!!! I cannot wait for this movie!!! That is by far the best trailer and I love the music too!
Beautiful and Amazing!
Wait, was that Zod or Sting as Feyd Rautha yelling "I will find him!"?
Also, "You think your son is safe?", seriously? they use a line from the movie so similar to Star Trek's "You think your world is safe?"? Has the person who cut the trailer been living under a rock for the past few months?
Barring all that, I think it's going to be a great movie.
The new trailer is great.
The Zod teaser aired in an ad break during the latest episode of Game of Thrones on Sky Atlantic. It's the first TV ad I've seen for the movie.
Well that trailer was all kinds of terrific. I eagerly await this one.
Outstanding and that is new Hans music in the background, not sure if it is the theme, I'm guessing we heard hints of it. I can't wait.
I teared up a little at that. I don't think I've cried at a trailer since, well since the Superman Returns teaser, actually. If they manager to make the movie anywhere near as good as that trailer, were in for a treat.
