Supergirl - Season Four

Just remind y'all... If Lucy Lane isn't completely white, because she was played by Jenna Dewan Tatum, who is 1/4 Lebaneese... Which is mostly white, but for authenticity, unless Sam, played by Glenn Morshower who is so white that he is a ginger, cycled through a few wives in the 1980s, so Lucy and Lois are only half sisters, or one of them is adpoted.
Or maybe not everyone in the same family has the same skintone. I know no one in my family does. We range from the whitest possible white to an olive complexion. No multiple wives needed.

It's fishwife science, but you may want to check your sibling's eye colours against your parents eye colours, just to make sure there's no deep family secret that no one is talking about to you.

I'm reminded of the original Charmed, where the skin tones of the Halliwell sisters ranged from Alyssa Milano's olive to Rose McGowan's alabaster (though McGowan's character was a half-sister to the other three). Although the upcoming CW remake features two Latina sisters and their Afro-Latina half-sister.

Sorry, but if you looked at my siblings you can see the resemblance to both my parents. The DNA mix was pretty even handed.

Eye colour is not determined by simple dominant allele Mendelian genetics. Saga Noren in The Bridge IV got that badly wrong. Best she resigned from Malmo Lanskrim.

Diagnostician savant Greg House M.D. as well, which is why the thought came to head, from an episode of House, but I googled and found out a few hours ago, that its not a verifiable science without some quality hardware in play... Which reminds me of why Luthor Sloan recruited Bashir into Section 31: Julian is a human Medical Tricorder.

Change is scary.

It always is to some degree, at least for me.

When I worked in corporate America, every year on my evaluation, I always got: "resistant to change" cited as a weakness.

Though I think the age of a character takes things a little far.

This doesn't surprise me, but the idea of a somewhat older Lois and a younger Clark is quite interesting.

It just occurred to me: I probably should brace myself for a really hideous initial publicity shot of whoever they cast as Lois. That first pair of images they released of Supergirl were the worst pictures the supremely photogenic Benoist has ever taken, and the first official shot of Hoechlin as Superman was a perfect shitstorm.

Can't say I recall either of those, but here's the promo image for the new season from twitter:

Don't think anyone can complain here. :p

^ Yeah, seen that. Typically gorgeous, no question. As I suggested, it's a special level of fail to take a bad pic of Benoist.

^
Was it last season when they shopped her head to be almost twice the normal size? :D
