Why assume M'Benga was demoted? My guess is that he left Starfleet to help care for Capt. Pike after his accident, and returned to the Enterprise after Pike was returned to Talos IV in "The Menagerie".
And Picard read about Bajorans as a schoolboy. Not that much of a stretch that they were known to the Federation 55ish years earlier. There was an exiled Cardassian living on Vulcan in this time according to DS9.
That would be 50 years later though. And Picard read about Bajorans as a schoolboy. Not that much of a stretch that they were known to the Federation 55ish years earlier.
Not even close.Trials and Tribble-ations did this much better. Sisko and Dax were geeking out but still maintained a level of professionalism. As for Boimler and Mariner, I'll just assume they die horribly on Frontier Day
How it feels watching some "prim and proper" Trekkies getting a taste of Lower Decks for the first time.![]()

Yep!Because we all just have to live LD because, again, it's just the best. Thing. Ev-ah!!!
I'd figure it would take a bit more than a few decades after first contact and significant trade of information, before the history of Bajor is being read in a primary classroom in rural France. That would be 50 years later though.
I feel like this will either be a 10 or 9 for Fans of Lower Decks and a 2 to 4 for people who don't like Lower Decks style humor.
No one is saying it is the best thing ever.Because we all just have to live LD because, again, it's just the best. Thing. Ev-ah!!!
They do.If Kirk was here Mariner probably would have fainted.
Uhura’s Datapad had CARDASSIA and Bajor on it. I don’t think Starfleet knows about those planets at this time.
