I assume completing Tier 1 will unlock a transwarp destination there.

I completely forgot we can buy white duty officers from the fleet starbase for 750 fleet credits each, then contribute said duty officers for fleet projects and get back 300 fleet credits.
I donated quite a bit to get the Klingon Fleet's K-13 projects moving.
Have I donated enough with my Klingon character Yvette to be promoted to next fleet level so I can buy a fleet ship?

I've just promoted Yvette as well as the two other recruits in the fleet to the rank of Warrior. Sorry about the delay, I have not been playing much since the end of the Crystalline Entity event.

Was the Klingon Fleet going to be doing the Holiday ornament upgrade for the Starbase? I saw it slotted on the Federation side but not the Klingon.
I have some Christmas shopping to do during the day but I will try to be online at night.

Just got a PM from someone in-game wanting to join the fleet and I more or less told them to post here and ask as the OP states:
"Can only board members join?
Generally the fleet is meant for board members, yes.
However there are a couple of exceptions for good friends from real life that some of us just like to play with together.
If you have some friends who would like to meet our little community feel free to invite them.
Non board members might not get full fleet priviliges and promotions though to keep the fleet active as a true home for board members."
Is that how we are handling this sort of thing? Felt it'd be best to run it by you all.

^ I know some of my Australian based friends had a chance to join the fleet when they were playing. But we started our own fleet instead. This was back in 2014 when I started.
More the merrier, personally. If people want to join and contribute, come on in. May take a while to get too many promotions to avoid being raided, but if they come in and play along, sure. And can refer them to this board to communicate more, as well as other Trek activities, which will help them advance to a normal rank faster.
Could one of the fleet leaders please promote my AOY toon Zhu@briquettes so that he can buy from the fleet store? I finally got my hands on a Kelvin Connie and I'd like to put some shiny fleet consoles in it.
