Hello fellow fleet mates. I wanted to ask a question. I was interested in an item in the high security portion of the bank but one must be a junior adjunct to do so. May I have either special permission to have one item or may I have a promotion in order to access it? I am a long time fleet member with several alts and I donate every chance I get. Thanks.

PSA: The Klingon fleet has now completed the upgrade on the spire.

We now have access to the Vulnerability Locator Consoles and elite fleet warp cores for the spire stores.
