Finally my former main I converted into a retro alt can get the appropriate gear. And my TOS main can upgrade his boffs.

Yes, you can. You can only promote him out of the recruit rank if you are an adjutant or higher, but anyone can invite anyone to the fleet including your own alts.

I started an new character to play Klingon stuff with my brother and deleted the old Klingon I had in the Fleet. OOPS!

The Engineering wing of the Starbase is less than 20k points from Tier 5. Plus we now have K-13 to complete.

The new holding won't take long if it's practically the only resource sink left.

Guys, Station K-13 is in a really bad shape. Many areas don't even have life support and is exposed to the vacuum of space.
