I just want to raise a potential issue. From what I can observe, our Fed fleet roster consists of 3 admirals and 0 adjutants who can manage fleet projects. Out of the 3 admirals I have only seen 1 recently, namely Trek. Buddy, you're still the only person who can manage projects... It may be time to promote a few Junior Adjutants

KDF bas is under construction and nearly everybody can contribute now.
I sorted out my fleet rank on Fed side, regular officer on all fed toons.
before i finalize the same on KDF side, i need the best possible candidate as a successor.

yeah, wanna echo the need to have a few more people able to start/manage projects. Either allow people at the JR Adjunct level to do it, or promote a couple more to Adjunct so we can keep the projects moving. If you have people willing to donate, don't wanna limit them
I'm on at least a few min every day doing DOFF stuff, and now Fleet stuff. Would be willing/interested in either promotion, or additional powers at my current rank to keep that process moving along.

Two of my three main played toons are KDF, so I'm on the House side a lot. I'd be happy to help out at some organizational level.

Sorry, guys I didn't realise that we currently had no full adjutants.
If you currently fulfill a role in the fleet can you make your self known. That way I can fill those roles we currently have free. I will also be looking to fill a new role of fleet holdings manager (although if someone has a better name, please suggest one) who will be responsible for over seeing our fleet holdings.
I've also loaded up our fleet holdings with some new missions.

I've been neglecting my KDF character for a while, but I'm fixing up him, his crew and ship so I'll be able to contribute on the House side as well. Never even taken him into an STF before today, so his gear is a little underpowered as yet.

I'll help out where I can if you want to add me on. I'm looking for a new fleet since my buddies quit playing. I'm not as hardcore as I used to be but I know the game fairly well. Mostly I spend time talking Trek on there anymore. I come to TrekBBS occasionally but I only now noticed your STO fleet.

seeing as we are half way to a Tier 1 shipyard and I believe a Tier 1 Starbase are we planning any special event to commemorate the big upgrade?

Also for Starbase 1 and Shipyard 1 I am very happy to begin perusing the offerings in our shipyard. Some of the non-Fleet retrofits are expensive in fleet credits, but might be fun without the ship module requirement.
