I kinda miss the Bridge window. I've gotten so used to them over the years that so see a ship without one, seems strange. Plus, I've kinda gone with the whole reasoning that the only reason you would bother to put the bridge on the very top of your ship would be because you wanted a window...The Titan in storyboards (and on one of the cutaways on a console) has a bridge window. I wonder if removing it was a late design decision.

Ah, yes. That's right. Curse you J.J.!Sorry, windows are not real Trek certified.
The shot of Titan running from Shrike in the nebula would have been sooo much cooler if we could see everyone in the bridge. Probably saves them having to CGI little people inside. The Titan in storyboards (and on one of the cutaways on a console) has a bridge window. I wonder if removing it was a late design decision.

Why people are assuming that the 23th century titan would be that small? Certainly that scaling is based on original Enterprise's 300ish metres, but that has now been retconned to 450ish metres, right? So certainly ships with similar parts from the same era could be assumed to be similarly retconned?Bill Krause made a scale chart based on available data. this isn't canon, just based off what is publicly known

No one from production has said it has been scaled up. Bill Krause designed the Shangri-La, so he's using his own scale in that image. He said in a previous tweet that he has no idea if they changed the size or not.Why people are assuming that the 23th century titan would be that small?

I didn’t say otherwise.Bill Krause said that image was made with all the information he currently had available to him. It's not just his own head canon.
Idk ask Frans Joseph. Ge didn’t design this obviously but he did design ships that didWhy have a deflector backwards facing?? Is it French?
Another shot of Bill's other design from an Episode 5 trailer
