What's the size of Titan-A??? Captain says that there are 500 people on board. For example Galaxy class normal capacity was between 900 and 1.100 as I remember. So Enterprise-D was twice bigger than Titan-A?
So it seems that Neo-Constitution class can not be a flagsip. Is it bigger than Enterprise-A?
No one said it was.So it seems that Neo-Constitution class can not be a flagsip.

In essence:What the hell is a flagship? And what are the requirements?
The Neo-Connie (I really don't like this name - reminds me too much of "neo-con") may one day become a flagship, but not today.A flagship is a vessel used by the commanding officer of a group of naval ships, characteristically a flag officer entitled by custom to fly a distinguishing flag. Used more loosely, it is the lead ship in a fleet of vessels, typically the first, largest, fastest, most heavily armed, or best known.
Over the years, the term "flagship" has become a metaphor used in industries such as broadcasting, automobiles, education, technology, airlines, and retail to refer to their highest profile or most expensive products and locations.

No.Is there somewhere on internet graphic how they refited Luna-class Titan to Neo-Constitution class Titan-A? I would like to see that.

Replace the engine pylons and all the hull plating, completely reconfigure the interior and bolt on a new deflector and impulse deck. It’s no wilder than the supposed “refit” in TMP.Whatever Riker did to the Titan to allow for that much change must have resembled Ace Ventura's car after the "like a glove" scene.
