What's the size of Titan-A??? Captain says that there are 500 people on board. For example Galaxy class normal capacity was between 900 and 1.100 as I remember. So Enterprise-D was twice bigger than Titan-A?

So it seems that Neo-Constitution class can not be a flagsip. Is it bigger than Enterprise-A?

This Titan is about 530-560 meters long while the 23rd century one from Kirk's time is 295 meters in length.

No one said it was.

The original 23rd Century USS Titan was according to that audio log, but nothing said the Titan-A was.

Size also doesn't mean anything in regards to Flagship status, as the Enterprise-D was bigger than the Enterprise-E.

Is there somewhere on internet graphic how they refited Luna-class Titan to Neo-Constitution class Titan-A? I would like to see that.

What the hell is a flagship? And what are the requirements?
In essence:
A flagship is a vessel used by the commanding officer of a group of naval ships, characteristically a flag officer entitled by custom to fly a distinguishing flag. Used more loosely, it is the lead ship in a fleet of vessels, typically the first, largest, fastest, most heavily armed, or best known.

Over the years, the term "flagship" has become a metaphor used in industries such as broadcasting, automobiles, education, technology, airlines, and retail to refer to their highest profile or most expensive products and locations.
The Neo-Connie (I really don't like this name - reminds me too much of "neo-con") may one day become a flagship, but not today.

Though Star Trek has ignored the definition a lot.
