Getting hyped up about a movie that won't be released for months = bad thing. Especially if it's supposed to be a huge blockbuster like TFA.
This movie should be so huge that it has legs. The idea that people won't go see it because it wasn't advertised well enough is faulty on many levels.
If it's a box-office disappointment, it will be for one reason only: because it's a disappointment as a film.
People have been hyped up about this movie ever since it was announced. And how is a movie going to be huge is it's not advertised. The prequels were huge box office hits, yet that hasn't stopped people from claiming them as disappoints somehow.
