No word yet if any panels will be streamed, but they will be streaming the Live Stage with interviews and such.

Who's going? Me and two friends have tickets for Sunday. We went back in 2007 as well, hope it's a little better run this time, there was a LOT of queuing!

Fingers crossed. I hate the exclusivity of those panels, especially after COVID when most convention panels were made available for everyone. Keep out the exclusive footage, that's fair, but at least let the rest of us see the panels and regular trailers.

I wish! Have fun! You lucky bastard!

Good to know and thank you.

Hell no. I hate crowds, I hate London, and so far as I'm concerned there's still a pandemic on. I'm much happier at home, having the livestream on in the background, not having to overpay for food and drink.

From what I gather though with these things, the worst offenders queuing-wise are the autographs & photo-ops with the celebrities. So unless there's someone there you really, really, reaaaaaly, REALLY want to spend 5 seconds with after a three hour queue, I'd skip those for the most part and spend more time just checking out the convention floor and exhibits.

One would assume that all the panels that are being streamed to the other stages are also being livestreamed to the public, but we'll see. If that's indeed the case then it'll be: the LF showcase (if a new movie is announced, that's where it'll happen), Making of Andor, Ahsoka, Clone Wars 15th anniversary, Villains of the Sequel Trilogy, And Bad Batch.
Which honestly seems like the ones most people would like to see, so fingers crossed. Personally I just hope we get the Clone Wars panel. Those are always fun and interesting.

Yeah we're not doing autographs or photo shoots, mainly because the prices are insane!

No video yet, but highlights from the LF panel: -
  • Andor Season 2 aiming for summer/autumn '24.
  • Joonas Suotamo playing a Wookiee Jedi in 'Acolyte'.
  • Space Pirates rumour for 'Skeleton Crew' seems confirmed.
  • Rosario hopeful for a second season for Ahsoka.
  • New movies announced including James Mangold doing a 'Dawn of the Jedi' story, Filloni doing a New Republic vs. Imperial Remnant movie tying together the NR era tv shows. Oh and Daisy Ridley coming back for a 'New Jedi Order' story set 15 years post ST.

Am I crazy or does that NJO logo look like a cross between the Jedi crest and the old 'Jedi Outcast' logo? Also, I like that they're just running with the SWTOR logo as the official symbol for the Old Republic era. Yeah I know it's already shown up in TCW, but still!

ETA: The Making of Andor panel is live right now if anyone wants to watch along (I'll try and post the VoD later once it's available.)

They showed some Andor Season 2 footage, not a lot, random clips. They're about 50% through production, aiming for an August 2024 release.

It's not going to be released publicly, but they try and describe it here

I'm not opposed to bringing Rey back to the big screen, necessarily, but I wonder if they'll want to wrap up the Thrawn storyline in Filoni's movie before its release, to keep her story from being overshadowed. Since she's already defeated Palpatine personally, with Thrawn long gone (presumably), it'll be interesting to see what kind of antagonist they come up with for her flick.
